ISLAMABAD, July 28 (APP): Pak-US bilateral relations are important for peace and security in the region, a Foreign Office spokesman said Thursday and expressed the hope that Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani’s visit to the United States will result in a better understanding between the two countries.
“US-Pakistan relationship is an important bilateral relationship, it is important for Pakistan , it is important for the United States. It is also important for the peace and security of the region,” the spokesman, Mohammad Sadiq, told a weekly media briefing.
